Welcome to Eden Pure Beef!

...where we believe great beef cannot be rushed. Our family combines generations of farming experience with a commitment to raising cattle as naturally as possible. By allowing our animals to mature at their own pace on diverse pastures, we produce clean, wholesome beef with exceptional flavor.

Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished

Eden Pure Beef is the original slow food. Our 100% grass-fed cattle take 36 to 40 months to reach maturity, more than twice as long as conventionally raised beef. We never use grain, hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines, choosing instead to let nature and time create the rich, mature marbling, and sweet, clean flavor. Our beef is not gamey or earthy in flavor.

Raised with Care

Our cattle spend their entire lives grazing on diverse pastures filled with grasses, legumes, and native forage. We use regenerative farming methods, including no-till planting and rotational grazing, to improve soil health and support a thriving ecosystem. No grain, herbicides, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines are used, allowing our cattle to live and grow in accordance with nature's design.
